A quiet, cold night.... But....

A quiet cold, night - but this morning with the temperature at Zero - in the sun - the hawks were still hunting!!!

A busy night - did the animals watch the weather forecast????

They were making sure that they got food.  A raccoon and possum shared, it was a three raccoon (dog??) night, and the raccoon and rabbit almost shared.......

The fox arrived after all the good stuff had gone!!!!

The fox arrived late to the party - and nothing was left. It was about 5:00am.  The raccoons had been there earlier and taken all the good stuff.  There was also a rabbit earlier.....

A rabbit (almost) with a raccoon and three deer (mostly) sharing...

It was a busy night.  The fox ran through - but didn't stop - a rabbit and a raccoon almost shared.  The three deer were feeding together, until one decided to move the other two out of the way - by kicking them.  The video shows the deer being moved!!!!

A cold night - but more visitors...

Although it was cold - we had usual visits from the raccoons, but not the possums, The fox ran though, with-out stopping, but the skunk was back for a long visit.  Not seen it in a while.

The Fox and the Rabbit....

The fox and the rabbit were the only two animals to visit last night - they seemed to take it turns, three and four times over night, to visit for something to eat.  I guess it was fortunate for the rabbit that it wasn't there at the same time as the fox!!!!!

Only a fox braved the cold.....

The fox was the only animal out and about last night - way too cold.....  It was very skittish - ran round the food bowls a number of times - but didn't eat.  Not sure why.
