Deer and raccoons unsure of each other and a male cat!

The raccoons ran off when the deer approached, but came back, although they were not sure about each other.

Garfield has had kittens (under Janie & Bill's deck) and the other ginger cat is clearly a male - so we know who the father is!

Garfield in the afternoon

We hadn't seen Garfield for breakfast. She came out later in the day and was MUCH slimmer and very hungry! I suspect she has had kittens somewhere out back. (She was very round and now she is flatter.)

Two deer two coyotes and a climbing raccoon. Then Garfield at breakfast!

A busy night. Two deer at sunset and then two coyotes overnight. Not sure why the raccoon climbed the tree stump!

Getting Garfield used to the trap.

We are hoping to get Garfield spayed - she might become an in-door cat, but we will have to wait and see on that! We are getting her used to the trap by putting food (chicken) in there so she will go in and out. We do have two ginger cats in the backyard. The one on the left is Garfield. We will have to see what we do about the other one.

Backyard cat hunting!

Garfield went missing for a couple of days but returned.

We were getting quite worried about Garfield, as we hadn't seen her for a couple of days! But last night, the two cats were out there and Garfield wanted breakfast this morning.
