Another camera! Scatter and return

This is a different camera - but it caught one raccoon family scattering when another arrived - then returning.......  The little ones run up the tree on the right hand side.

A popular bird feeder

Our bird feeder has been very popular today - lots of different birds.  Not sure what is in the seed block - but they all seem to love it!!!!

Lots of activity....

The cat and raccoon are still friends...  at least at the food bowl.


The mother and three cubs are getting to be regular evening visitors....




And even a little possum managed to get to the food....

A very busy night....

Despite the rainy weather - it was busy last night.
The cat  and raccoon sharing as usual - waiting for me to put the food out.

Then the "gang of ive" stopped by.

Two coyotes passed on by....

The rabbit came when it was quiet....

Finally, a possum in the early morning....

Getting a little crowded.....

Two raccoon families at the food at the same time.  One with 4 cubs and one with 2 - so 6 cubs and two adults........  All seem to get along.

A very, VERY busy night.....

A crowd of raccoons - 3 adults with 4 cubs - and a rapid scatter when something spooked them.




The fox also popped through quickly at one time...  
Then a visit from a coyote - that we haven't seen for a while.  .

Visitors to a new camera......

We set up  a new camera to get some different shots - like who lives under the shed!!!!  Every-one seems to need to investigate...... (Adult and cub raccoons, as well as a squirrel, in the video....)

Cubs are out early now....

The raccoon cubs have been coming out in the morning hours (4:00ish or so) but they started out at 9:30 last night and carried on visiting all through the night - even sharing with another adult.   They disappeared as the fox turned up - its first visit for a while......

The spirit of sharing....

Lots of activity and lots of sharing last night......

The cat and the raccoon are regular early evening visitors - so they have decided to share......


Then we had a raccoon and possum, then four adult raccoons, and finally a two adults and three cubs.   Must be something in the air.......
